Chapter 459 - 458: Unable to Sleep With Her Nearby

Archer Quinn saw her expression that didn’t conceal her thoughts at all and couldn’t help but laugh, "Bella, can you not make it so obvious that you’re hoping I’ll get off the bus?"

"Huh? No, no." Bella Acker quickly waved her hand to explain, "I just thought you were getting off, then when I saw you didn’t, I was just a bit surprised, I didn’t mean to rush you off."

"I know, I’m just teasing you." Archer Quinn leaned back in his seat and said, "You can memorize words by yourself, I’ll lean back and take a nap."

"Senior Quinn, did you not sleep well last night?" Bella Acker saw that he indeed looked a bit tired.

"A little." Archer Quinn rested his head on the back of the seat, turned to look at her, and with a slight smile, said, "There are only two rooms at the resting place, and the person sleeping in the same room as me snores too loudly, so I couldn’t sleep because I’m a light sleeper."

"I understand that." Bella Acker empathized, "Sometimes when Aunt Sienna snores, I can’t sleep either."

"Then you’re in trouble tonight." Archer Quinn lowered his voice, speaking in a whispering tone, "But since you’re a girl, I’ll discuss with them tonight to see if I can get you a room to yourself."

"Probably not." Bella Acker wrinkled her nose, "Isn’t the program team consisting of four regular hosts, and you’re the fifth? How can five people share one room?"

"It might be a bit difficult. That room is mostly taken up by a big kang bed." Archer Quinn thought for a moment and said, "Bella, you wouldn’t mind sharing a room with me, would you?"

"Pfft, I should ask you if you mind." Bella Acker blushed a bit, embarrassed, and said, "If I’m too tired during the day, I might snore at night too. But don’t worry, it won’t be too loud."

"Haha, so our Bella is a little Piggy who snores too." Archer Quinn laughed, "I’ll discuss it with them tonight. You memorize your words, I’ll take a nap."

"Okay." Bella Acker nodded and earnestly went back to memorizing words.

Archer Quinn closed his eyes, saying he was going to sleep, but surrounded by her presence, how could he truly sleep?

He closed his eyes to relax, listening to her occasionally mutter words softly, and suddenly felt particularly peaceful and content inside.

Even though it was a bit sentimental, he truly wished time would stop at this moment.

A staff member from the program team gently tapped on the window; Archer Quinn opened his eyes and the car door.

The staff member discreetly glanced inside the car, and seeing that the two of them were neatly dressed and appeared normal, smiled and said, "Brother Quinn, Bella, it’s time to start recording the program, please get ready."

"Got it, we’ll be right there." Archer Quinn turned back, "Bella, stop memorizing words. Once the recording starts, there’s no script. Don’t be so full of words that you start speaking in English and leave others unable to follow."

Bella Acker was speechless, "Senior Quinn, honestly, do you think I’m stupid?"

"Hahaha, congratulations to our Bella for finally getting something right." Archer Quinn laughed heartily, striding out of the car with his long legs, with Bella following closely behind.
